Description: To follow up on the February 28 presentation on the Level 2 Diatom Species Exam, we will hold an open discussion with the committee. We invite the diatom community to join and provide your thoughts on the Level 2 Exam. As emphasized by Sylvia Lee, our goal is to ensure taxonomic consistency in surveys – not to make your life more difficult! Have we met that goal? If not, how can certification support you in your professional life? We want to hear your thoughts.
