I’m a PhD student in the DiCE group at Charles University (Prague), where I study diatoms from different perspectives and across diverse Antarctic habitats. My work combines morphological and molecular approaches to better understand the diversity and structure of communities in cryosphere-associated environments — looking at the factors that shape them and how they might change in the future.
